The University of Arizona Press offers a complimentary desk copy to course instructors who have adopted a UA Press book as a required text for a class with a minimum of ten students enrolled. If additional copies are needed for classes with an enrollment of more than 50 students, please contact us at 800-426-3797.

To request a desk copy, mail or fax the request on departmental letterhead, and include the name of the professor, the course name and number, and the enrollment. Book(s) are sent via media mail, and should arrive within four weeks. Rush shipping is available, but only at an extra fee, which must be paid in advance. We will not invoice for rush charges.

Examination copies to consider for textbook adoption are available to qualified instructors of appropriate courses. To request an exam copy, please submit your request on school letterhead citing course and enrollment.

For paperbacks enclose $7.00 shipping & handling per title, payable by check or credit card. Requests for paperback exam copies are limited to two titles per semester.

Clothbound books for examination may be purchased at a 20% discount. Please supply a MasterCard, American Express, or Visa number, expiration date, and phone number. If you submit evidence of adoption or return the book in salable condition, we will issue a refund for purchase of the book.
